RETURNS

You can return any FULL PRICED item/s within 15 days of the purchase date.

Make sure you include a copy of you order confirmation email and include any relevant information in regard to the reason for the return along with how you would like Black Label Supply Co to process your return.

All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes etc. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return. This may take up to 7-15 working days. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Please keep a copy of your receipt of proof of shipment for any returns back to Black Label Supply Co. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item arrives safe and sound.

All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Bundles purchased are considered as sale items.

All orders purchased with a CODE are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

All Gift Card/s purchased cannot be refunded or exchanged for for cash.

EXCHANGES

Only FULL PRICED items can be exchanged within 15 days of the purchase date.

If you are wishing to exchange your item for another, please include your order confirmation and write next to the item the size or product you would like in exchange. Item must be of same value or less.

In the event that the requested item is not available, our Black Label Supply Co Team will have the amount of the item given back to you in Store Credit. You will receive an email with your Store Credit Code.

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and will arrive back to us in their original condition.

All orders purchased with a CODE are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact the Black Label Supply Co Team via info@blacklabelsupplyco.com. Please include your order number, and any photos, relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible.

If an item is damaged through misuse, abnormal use or incorrect washing practices, Black Label Supply Co will not provide a refund, exchange or repair. We will require satisfactory proof before providing a remedy under the Australia Consumer Law.

Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item.

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL STOCK

All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

If you claim a free gift with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift must also be returned. If you return your items for store credit or an exchange instead, you are more than welcome to keep your free gift.

AFTERPAY RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

When purchasing via Afterpay, you may send your item back to our Black Label Supply Co Team within 15 days of your original purchase for exchange of size.

All exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your parcel. Please note Black Label Supply Co is not able to refund sale items, or items purchased with a discount code.

When using Afterpay, you have the options to return one or all of your items for an exchange.

It's important to keep up your Afterpay payments while your return is in transit back to us as Afterpay charge late fees for any overdue payments!

If your AfterPay contract is cancelled or amended you will be charged a $10 fee.
